Terms and conditions

1. About these terms

These terms apply when you buy a Zero Man product through the linked Shopify store. Product pages, prices, available options, delivery charges and these policies form part of the information provided before purchase.

2. Products and availability

Products are produced and fulfilled on demand by third-party production partners. Images are mock-ups intended to show the design. Screen settings, garment materials and production methods can cause reasonable differences in colour, positioning and scale. Availability may change before checkout is completed.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include applicable taxes where stated. Delivery charges and any additional charges are shown before payment. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment providers. An order is accepted when an order-confirmation email is issued. We may cancel and refund an order if a product becomes unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or an obvious pricing error occurred.

4. Your information

You must provide accurate delivery and contact information. Contact us promptly if an order contains an error. Changes may not be possible after fulfilment begins.

5. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

6. Intellectual property

Zero Man names, artwork, photographs and designs may not be copied, resold or commercially reproduced without permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual-property rights.

7. Liability

We do not exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers may also have the right to bring proceedings in the part of the United Kingdom where they live.

Delivery and fulfilment

Products are made and dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners. The estimated delivery window and charge available for your destination are shown during Shopify checkout. Production and delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, but we will deliver within 30 days unless a different period is agreed with you.

Products in one order may arrive separately. You will receive available tracking details after dispatch. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate.

For destinations outside the United Kingdom, local import duties, taxes or handling charges may apply unless checkout expressly states they are included. The recipient is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country.

If an order is late, damaged in transit or appears lost, contact us with the order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment partner.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Changing your mind

For standard products bought online, you normally have 14 days from the day after delivery to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Being produced after an order is placed does not by itself remove this right.

Email medfiredawnloads+Orders@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you are cancelling. We will confirm the appropriate return destination before you send the item. You are responsible for return postage for a change-of-mind return.

Items may be inspected as they would be in a shop. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond that necessary to inspect the item has reduced its value, including items that have been worn beyond trying on, washed, marked or damaged.

We will refund the product price and the least expensive standard outbound delivery charge offered, using the original payment method. The refund will be made within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence that they were sent back, whichever is earlier.

Personalised products

The cancellation right may not apply to goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. This exception does not apply merely because a standard catalogue product is printed after ordering.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Your statutory rights apply. Where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where a return is required. A customer may normally reject faulty goods within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Information collected

When you browse, create an account, contact us, enter a promotion or place an order, relevant providers may process your name, email address, delivery and billing details, telephone number, website checkout recovery reference, order information, communications, device and security information, and essential sign-in data. Privacy-first audience measurement records the page visited, referring website domain, broad device type and a daily pseudonymous network fingerprint. It does not store a full IP address, set an analytics cookie or track visitors across websites, and it respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Promotion security records use limited pseudonymous email and network fingerprints. Payment-card details are handled by Shopify and its payment providers and are not stored by this website.

Why information is used

Account, order, delivery and customer-service information is used to perform a contract or take requested steps before a contract. Tax and transaction records are kept to meet legal obligations. Fraud prevention, service security and limited promotion-abuse controls rely on legitimate interests in safely operating the store. Optional marketing or non-essential tracking will rely on consent where required. Zero Man does not use customer data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Who receives information

Data is limited to the providers needed for each task: Shopify and its payment providers for checkout and Shopify accounts; Printful for production and delivery; Supabase for Zero Man email accounts, direct-order records, website checkout recovery records and promotion claims; ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure for delivery of this website; and delivery carriers where an order requires shipping. Professional advisers and public authorities receive information only where necessary or legally required. Provider processing outside the United Kingdom must use an applicable UK adequacy regulation, UK International Data Transfer Agreement, UK Addendum or another lawful safeguard.

Retention

Audience-measurement events and website checkout recovery records are automatically removed after 13 months. Order and transaction records are normally retained for up to six years after the relevant financial year or transaction where needed for tax, accounting, consumer obligations and legal claims. A Zero Man email account is retained while active and deleted on a valid request unless linked records must be preserved. Unsuccessful promotion-attempt fingerprints are cleared after 24 hours. Promotion claimant emails are kept for the promotion and up to 90 days afterwards to administer the reward and prevent duplicate claims, unless an order or legal record requires longer retention. Routine customer-service correspondence is normally deleted within 24 months after the matter closes.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, or receive portable data. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed. A response will normally be provided within one month. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and essential storage

This website currently uses only essential browser storage needed for account sign-in, security and requested functionality. Its audience measurement is cookieless and does not use browser storage. It does not set advertising cookies. The linked Shopify store and payment services use their own essential technologies and show their own information and choices. Non-essential advertising or social tracking will not be added here until a clear consent choice is available.

Security

Zero Man uses encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted administrator access, private server-side credentials, database row-level access rules, non-public artwork storage and security headers. Access is limited to what each service needs. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure, so suspected loss, disclosure or unauthorised access should be reported promptly using the privacy contact above.

Product and design notices

Print-on-demand

Products are made after purchase, which reduces unsold stock. This may mean a short production period before dispatch and separate parcels when different products are fulfilled at different facilities.

Sizing and appearance

Check the size information on the Shopify product page before ordering. Measurements and fit can vary between garment styles. Mock-ups are illustrative; reasonable differences in colour and print placement can occur. These notices do not affect your rights if a product is faulty or materially different from its description.

AI-assisted design

Zero Man collections begin with Ryan’s travel concepts, references and creative direction. AI-assisted tools may be used as part of developing artwork. Products are selected, refined and approved by Ryan before release.

Product safety

Follow care labels and product-specific safety information supplied with the item or shown on its product page. Report a product-safety concern using the seller email above and include the product, order number and nature of the concern.
